The ground level functions as a vibrant public zone, housing essential facilities like the auditorium, main lobby, cafes, and a nursery.

Between the podium and the office blocks lies the ‘covered plaza facilities podium, thoughtfully designed to integrate green spaces, fostering a conducive and eco-friendly environment. The office spaces are elevated from the podium to establish a controlled and highly secure private realm.
