KL Metropolis is a landmark development in Kuala Lumpur, designed to become the city’s premier international trade and exhibition district. This 75.5-acre project brings together multiple high-profile components, with the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) at its core. MITEC was designed by RSP Architects, a renowned architectural firm with a diverse portfolio of significant projects.

KL Metropolis is being developed in three phases by Naza TTDI, with a final completion target of 2025. Beyond MITEC, the master plan encompasses residential and office towers, as well as a regional retail center. Sustainability is a key focus, with the project meeting Malaysia’s Green Building Index (GBI) requirements and being the first registered LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) project in Malaysia
