Although she began her career in London, UK at Gordon Allen & Associates and Watts & Partners, it was in RSPKL that her trajectory surged exponentially. From residential projects of all types ranging from low cost to luxury, to showrooms, hotels, office towers and the refurbishment of national stadium. Throughout the years, she built her holistic skill in Project Management and exceptional on-ground design works. She believes that design is fluid, and it doesn’t end at Tender Drawings.

Su Min’s keen eye on functionality often got her improvising designs impromptu at sites. An avid traveler, off office hours, she goes back to her Londoner traits of enjoying theatre performances, gallery hopping or gardening at home, if not hiking excursions.
