The land, divided into two adjoining parcels known as Lot 490 and Lot 6266, will see its initial development phase on approximately 13.79 acres, consisting of Parcel B and part of Parcel C. This initial phase sets the foundation for the broader masterplan, focusing on key infrastructure and essential amenities.
As of now, the proposed masterplan has yet to receive approval from DBKL. Once approved, the project will move forward, transforming the TNB land into a modern, campus-style development that meets the needs of both the organization and the public.
